RETURNS

We will to refund or exchange any NON SALE or UNALTERED item once the item has been returned to us and inspected if use or damage has occured.

As long as:

  • The item is unworn (apart from trying it on) and undamaged and where applicable with tags attached
  • The item is returned within 7 days of you receiving it

Custom made and altered to fit garments are NON REFUNDABLE and must be paid for in full prior to work beginning on these pieces. Please check out our Sizing Guidelines (Link at bottom of page) and be sure that if taking these measurements yourself they are accurate. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items you return must be tracked or you will assume the loss and no refund/exchange can be made.

DELIVERY

Please allow 5-10 working days for your 'on shelf' items to arrive and with alterations please allow 14 days. Custom orders require 4-6 weeks
